DraftKings Sportsbook, official provider of the Oregon Lottery

DraftKings

Questions & Answers

DraftKings will be available to customers the morning of January 18, 2022.

In December of 2019, DraftKings purchased SBTech, our Scoreboard provider giving the Oregon Lottery the opportunity to move to the DraftKings platform and offer customers an improved betting experience including the ability to make same game parlay bets.

The process will differ depending on whether you already have a DraftKings account in addition to your Scoreboard account.

Customers with both a Scoreboard and a verified DraftKings account:
When you log in to one of your sports betting accounts, you will be asked if you want to transfer your Scoreboard account information to their DraftKings account. When you approve the transfer, you will be guided through the process of transferring your account information, balance, and limits to your DraftKings account.

Customers with a Scoreboard account only:
Before you can transfer your Scoreboard account to DraftKings – Official Provider for the Oregon Lottery, you will need to download the DraftKings Sportsbook & Casino app from the App Store or the Google Play Store and sign up for an account. If your personally identifiable information (name, birthdate and the last four numbers of your Social Security Number) matches your Scoreboard account, you will be asked to approve transferring your Scoreboard account information to DraftKings. When you approve the transfer, you will be guided through the process of transferring your account information, balance, and limits to their DraftKings account.
If you choose not to approve transferring your account from Scoreboard to DraftKings, you will have the option to withdraw funds from your Scoreboard account directly back to your funding source. Lottery will not transfer account information from Scoreboard to DraftKings without customer approval.

Send any questions you have about your Scoreboard account (withdrawing funds, outstanding bets, etc.) to support@services.oregonlottery.org. Send questions about transitioning your account from Scoreboard to DraftKings and questions about your DraftKings account to: sportsbook@draftkings.com. Responses to email inquiries are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours.

DraftKings also has a Help Center online or on the DraftKings app by clicking on your profile picture in the top left-hand corner and then selecting the “get help” option on the menu. Through this service, you’ll be able to utilize the live chat support or request a call back. The Help Center also provides numerous articles to help you find answers to your questions.

When we go live with “DraftKings Sportsbook — Official Provider of the Oregon Lottery,” we will stop accepting wagers on Scoreboard. The Scoreboard app will be phased out over time to allow open bets on Scoreboard to be resolved and give customers time to transition their accounts to the new app.

We’re still working that out, but there will be a grace period for customers to transition their accounts to the DraftKings Sportsbook or withdraw any remaining funds and close their Scoreboard account.

At the end of the grace period after DraftKings Sportsbook goes live, Lottery will attempt to return any remaining funds in player accounts to the customers before closing the Scoreboard app.
