What if I do not know my retailer ID or zip code?

Check in with your Manager/Supervisor for this information or you can contact the Hotline number at 1-800-766-6789, if you need assistance with your retailer location information.  You can also send us an email by selecting the “contact us” button on the registration page.

I typed in my zip code and a list of retailers came up what do I do?
You will need to scroll down and find your retail location.  Select it, but do not hit enter, all you need to do is press the “Click Here to Start Your Training” tab to start. 
What do I do if my screen resolution default is oversized and I can’t see the full screen when the module slides begin?

While in your Internet Browser, in the top right corner you will see a button that looks like a wheel. Click on it and select the Zoom tab.  Select 75 or 50%.  This should reduce the screen size for optimal viewing.

On my tablet and smart phone when I auto populate with my first and last name, and try to advance to the input retailer information, it clears out my name information and makes me start over and I can’t advance.
The Auto Populate feature is not set up to work with the module registration fields.  You will need to manually enter your first and last name to advance. 
I was prompted to download the Articulate Storyline application to proceed. Do I need to do this?
Yes, you will need to download the application. This will provide you with a much smoother training experience as it enhances the module training.
I can’t advance to the next screen.
The module slide navigation is set up so that each slide and its information must play through in its entirety prior to advancing to the next screen.  If you try too many times to advance, your device may lock up and you will have to start over again.  
I tried to click the play, pause and stop buttons but they did not work?

These buttons are just for looks within the module and do not actually work.  Please use the Pause, Next and Previous buttons for navigation through the slides.

Who will see any of my registration information or that I have taken the training?
Your results will only be shared with the store owners, your manager/supervisor, and limited Oregon Lottery staff.  The information shared will confirm that you successfully completed the module training so that a certificate can be generated and sent to the retail location.  The Oregon Lottery does not share any of your information with anyone other than those previously identified.
I got called away and could not complete my training what do can I do?
If your device times out, shuts off, or you just can’t complete the training, all you have to do is log back in, enter your first, last & retailer information, start the training again and you will be prompted to continue where you left off.  Select yes, or start over.
I could not advance when I click on the brochure “Click Here” button.
You will need to click on the corner tab and not the “Click Here” tab to continue on each of these type slides indicated in the module. See visual below.
