Salem & Wilsonville Prize Payment Centers
Lottery prizes over $600 and Video Lottery prizes over $1250 can be claimed at Salem or Wilsonville. An appointment is required for prizes over $50,000. Appointments are recommended for all prizes on Mondays and Fridays, when our payment centers are busiest. See details below before you visit.
What you’ll need to claim your prize
- Signed winning ticket
- Accepted form of ID
- Prize claim form (now available in multiple languages)
Sign your winning ticket and bring it with you. ID is now required to claim your prize. This will help ensure that your prize is issued to the correct person—you! To speed things up, we recommend bringing a completed prize claim form with you. You can download the form here or fill one out on your arrival.
