Who Should Participate?

  • We invite all current, active retailers to provide feedback.
  • The person who actively manages/sells Lottery games should take the survey.

Survey Details

Surveys can be submitted from September 9 to October 6, 2024.

We will accept one survey from each active retail location. Surveys will be sent to owners and specific corporate retailers via mail and/or email. You can also access the survey online below.
