The Oregon Lottery
®’s Finance and Accounting Section encompasses all financial matters for the Lottery. The department reports to the Assistant Director of Support Services and is responsible for employee payroll and time reporting, financial reporting, accounting for property and equipment, accounts receivable, investments, budgeting, as well as prize payments to players, retailers and vendor payments. The department produces the Lottery's annual financial reports and the monthly financial reports for the Lottery Commission.
